House of CK does not accept order cancellations once payment has been successfully completed.
All orders are considered confirmed and final once payment has been received. This applies to standard products, 3D-printed products, decor, lighting, furniture, customized products and made-to-order products.
Once an order is confirmed, production, material allocation and order processing may begin immediately. Therefore, requests to cancel an order after successful payment cannot be accepted.
If an order has been successfully placed and paid for, but the customer subsequently changes their mind, no cancellation, monetary refund or cancellation credit will be provided.
